How many types of coordinate grinding?

The working table of coordinate grinding machine is composed of coordinate working table and reverse working table.

The coordinate work table is a set of cartesian coordinate system of guide rail, guide rail straightness is very high, mutual straightness error is usually no more than 4 DFT M, and has the coordinate measurement system.

The coordinate work table is located on the reverse work table, and the arc base used for adjusting the workpiece coincides with the base of the reverse work table.

During grinding, the workpiece is placed on the working table, and the Z and Y coordinates can be moved and reversed, so as to facilitate the forming generalization and the machining of the hole.

Inner hole grinding

Internal hole grinding is the fundamental use of coordinate grinder.

The diameter of aperture is 3 ~ 200RAM, and the surface roughness is R.

During grinding, the workpiece does not move, the coordinate boring and grinding factory, the grinding wheel makes high-speed rotation motion and planetary motion, the adjustment of aperture is completed by increasing the radius of planetary motion, namely radial feed motion.

The diameter of the grinding wheel is related to the diameter of the grinding hole.

When grinding small holes, diamond or cubic boron nitride spraying grinding wheel shall be selected. The diameter of the grinding wheel shall be 3/4 of the diameter. In order to ensure the linear speed of the grinding wheel and coordinate boring and grinding, it is necessary to reverse the grinding wheel at high speed, and the smaller the diameter, the higher the rotating speed shall be.

Therefore, high speed pneumatic grinding head is needed, its speed is 150 000-200 000r/min.

When the aperture is less than 8RAM, the diameter of the grinding wheel should be increased appropriately; when the aperture is more than 20mm, the diameter of the grinding wheel should be decreased appropriately.

The diameter of the grinding wheel in makino machining center is about 1.5 times of the mandrel.

The diameter of mandrel is too small, grinding surface will appear grinding ripple.

The diameter of the small hole on the coordinate grinder is up to 0.8mm.

The grinding speed of the grinding wheel is related to the abrasive and workpiece data of the grinding wheel.

The grinding speed of ordinary abrasive wheel in grinding carbon tool steel and alloy tool steel is about 25-35h S, cubic nitride borax wheel in grinding carbon steel and alloy steel is about 20-30m /s, and the grinding speed of diamond wheel in grinding hard alloy is about 16-25in /s.
