Coordinate grinding: radial feed grinding.
This method is characterized by the use of the circular surface of the grinding wheel and the JG coordinate grinding. During feeding, the grinding wheel moves a little relative to the workpiece along the direction of the eccentric radius for each feed.
This is a common grinding method, easy to master, so it is widely used.
When ceramic bonded grinding wheel is used, high dimensional accuracy and low roughness can be obtained because the surface of the grinding wheel can be smoothed.
The disadvantage of this way is that the coordinate grinding, because the grinding wheel is subjected to a large extrusion pressure, each feed is small, the heating is large, it needs a long time to remove the spark and clean grinding, and it is suitable for grinding all kinds of inner holes and outer cylinders.
